We had much better luck with our Santa photos this year. A couple of weeks ago we did a quick stop by the mall so that the kids could do a dry-run by Santa’s setup and maybe meet him for a few minutes without the pressure of doing the photo at the same time (that photo is at the bottom of the page). That little bit of effort paid off because we got some great, and happy photos of the kids and us with Santa. They even greeted him with a nice hug again!
